- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Spray muffin tray/ramekins with olive oil and place on a baking tray.
- In a medium bowl combine ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, mixed herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir ricotta mixture to fully combine.
- Place 1/4–1/3 cup of the ricotta mixture into the prepared muffin tray/ramekins.
- Top with 1 tablespoon of smooth marinara sauce.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
