Bariatric Baked Ricotta

  • Olive oil spray
  • 425 g ricotta cheese
  • ⅓ cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp mixed herbs
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Top with marinara sauce (smooth, not chunky)
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Spray muffin tray/ramekins with olive oil and place on a baking tray.
  3. In a medium bowl combine ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, mixed herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir ricotta mixture to fully combine.
  5. Place 1/4–1/3 cup of the ricotta mixture into the prepared muffin tray/ramekins.
  6. Top with 1 tablespoon of smooth marinara sauce.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
