Overnight Oats with Berries and Greek Yogurt
Ingredients
½ cup oats
3 tablespoons of whey protein isolate powder
1 grated apple
1 cup milk
½ cup water
1 tablespoon chia seeds
4 tablespoons almond meal
½ teaspoon cinnamon
method
Combine ingredients and divide between four jars. Cover and refrigerate for up to four days.
Just prior to serving, top with 2 tablespoons of fresh or frozen berries and 1 tablespoon of Greek yoghurt.
