Non-Attendance / Cancellation / Rescheduling Appointments Policy

As a busy practice with high demand and a lengthy waitlist, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide this notice will result in a fee. If you do not attend your appointment, you will be charged the full consultation fee. Appointments must be confirmed to avoid being reassigned to another patient on the waitlist.

Our policy helps us keep costs low and ensure appointment availability for other clients. Providers may exercise discretion in cases of cancellations within the 24-hour period.

You will receive the below appointment Reminders

  • 7 days prior: SMS reminder
  • 5 days prior: Email with pre-payment link (if applicable)
  • 2 days prior: Final SMS confirmation
  • 1 day prior: Phone call if pre-payment is not received or SMS is not acknowledged. If we do not hear back by 2 PM the day before your appointment, it will be offered to another patient on the waitlist.

New Client Bookings for Psychology and Initial Dietitian Appointments

For all initial dietitian and psychology appointments, pre-payment is required at least 48 hours prior to the appointment date. This pre-payment is refundable if you cancel outside the 24-hour cancellation window. Please note, this fee is not refundable through Medicare.
